Social Media Marketing Assistant

Working as part of the Communications Marketing Department this role assists in the day to day management of all of our client's social media activity.

Social Media Marketing Assistant

Location: Cannock
38.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (37.5 hrs) with an additional 1hr, over the 7 day week to support with Social Media posting
Salary: between £8.70 and £9.00 per hour

This will include supporting to maintain and develop the social media strategy, sourcing & drafting posts, posting and scheduling content, and reporting/responding to any inbound communications via these channels including providing excellent customer service. This role will be supported by the wider communications team as required.

The charity is looking for someone with proven ability and experience in relation to social media, with excellent written and oral communication skills who can work effectively across all social media platforms in all areas of the business to promote our client's services.
