This organisation is looking for an enthusiastic team member with experience of project management, a good knowledge of the UK education system, wildlife and proactive social media experience to support their work connecting young people to nature.

Contract: Permanent

You must have good interpersonal and organisational skills and a creative approach to education, wildlife activities and environmental issues. You will be expected to demonstrate initiative and have excellent communication & IT skills. This role is responsible for many of their audience focused communications.

Main responsibilities will be:

  • To lead, manage and further develop centrally administered existing offers for schools - including Big Schools Birdwatch and Wild Challenge.
  • To develop and deliver any centrally administered new elements of this charity's national schools offer.
  • To manage the production of their schools materials and resources, both print and digital.
  • To manage and develop the communications framework for schools/teachers - including Twitter, newsletters, e-mails, etc
