Salary: £32,155 per annum
Our client’s Wetland Centre is a sanctuary in the city, with an incredible nature reserve that offers tranquillity to thousands of visitors a year.
As the Retail Manager you will work as part of the senior management team to shape and lead the centre’s Retail, Admissions and Membership operation. The centre welcomes over 130,000 visitors per year and the department has an annual turnover in excess of £300,000.
The organisation is looking for an ambitious and proactive manager to maximise sales and improve visitor service standards. Managing a dedicated team of colleagues and volunteers, you will be excited by driving performance against target, and creating an amazing visitor experience.
To join as the Retail Manager, you’ll need a strong financial acumen, understand P&L, labour percentages and cost of sales. You must have proven experience in motivating and coaching team members.
