A unique opportunity to develop and introduce a new modular, multi-media online education programme for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) new to working with people affected by lymphoma.
Project Lead – Healthcare Professional Education Programme
Salary: £35,000 per annum pro-rata
Location: Flexible hybrid working, office in Aylesbury
Contract: Fixed-term, 12-month contract
Hours: Part-time, 20–25 hours per week
Do you have a passion for leading new initiatives and effecting real change? If so, we’re looking for a Project Lead to join our friendly team and help us make a real impact for people affected by lymphoma and the HCPs supporting them.
You’ll be driving forward this exciting development into the area of HCP education, in an end-to-end development role that will see you using project management and creative skills. You’ll work closely with colleagues and external stakeholders, to ensure the service is developed along best practice guidelines, meets HCP needs and is sustainable into the future.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be:
- Experienced in project management and new service development, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- A team player and great communicator, able to mobilise and motivate a range of stakeholders.
- Have excellent organisational skills to set up and manage a range of work streams and steering groups, internal and external to Lymphoma Action.
- Confident to produce written information such as strategy documents and reports.
