Operations Support Administrator - Norwich

This is an exciting time to join our client's Air Ambulance charity. They’ve been accredited for the second year running by Best Companies as a top employer, they are redeveloping their base in Norwich and they continue their ambitious plan to become a 24/7 HEMS provider from 2020, enabling them to treat approximately 600 more patients every year. Working from their Norwich Base you will be an integral part of their Operations Team enabling their crews to provide a first class life-saving service across East Anglia.

Operations Support Administrator - Norwich
Location: Norwich
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £17,687 - £20,288 per annum (depending on experience)

You will provide Operational Support to the Clinical, Aviation and Operations Teams whilst also supplying information and statistical support to the charity. In daily contact with both clinical bases (Norwich and Cambridge) you will monitor and maintain a programme that ensures audits and checks are carried out in a timely fashion producing monthly compliance reports providing evidence for CQC purposes.

You will order, receive, record and issue Personal Protective Equipment, Medical equipment, consumables and drugs and ensure records concerning Electrical Medical Equipment used within the clinical teams is correctly maintained, taking the appropriate action with issues found.

An excellent communicator you will be able to quickly form good working relationships and understanding with clinicians and have the ability to interact with colleagues and partners at different levels.

You will demonstrate strong IT skills and the ability to manage a varied workload.
