Office of Intercollegiate Services (OIS) are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join our small, friendly team. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be an integral part of the team with a varied and interesting workload.
Hours: Part Time, 22.5 hrs per week
Salary: Between £24,771 (pro-rata) and £27,025 (pro-rata) DOE
OIS is responsible for supporting the activities of the principal intercollegiate committees, and helps the Colleges work together on matters of common interest.
Excellent communication (both oral and written) and organisational skills are required as the role holder will act as the first point of contact for enquiries and visitors to the Office. The ability to work independently, as well as a part of a team, is essential as is the need for total discretion, tact and diplomacy.
The successful candidate will be used to working to tight deadlines and will be able to demonstrate competency in IT packages. Experience of webpages and Moodle would be an advantage.
This is a part-time role spread over 5 days (22.5 hours per week) but alternative working hours would be considered.
