This Cambridge College is seeking to appoint a part-time IT Support Analyst.
Responsible to the IT Manager, this role will have primary responsibility for providing effective 1st and 2nd line IT support to resolve incidents and service requests. The postholder will also work as part of a team to audit and maintain systems to support the College’s academic and business activities. The role will require a strong commitment to customer service and excellent team working and inter-personal skills.
