Location: Based at Summerstown SW17. You may be required to work from other sites in London

This charity is looking for someone with the passion and vision to develop their inclusion and engagement programme which includes Generate Voices, Volunteering and Health Projects.

Working alongside a co-manager with lived experience, you will be managing a diverse team creating opportunities for inclusion and engagement – both within and outside of the organisation – and increasing the participation of people with learning disabilities and/or autism in civil society.

This is a unique opportunity to support people to have a voice, to influence policy and practice, to seek pathways to employment through volunteering and to and to be paid for their expertise in co-delivering training and creating accessible information.

In addition, you will be supporting our work with health professionals in breaking down the barriers to good healthcare and co-developing our ground-breaking project EasyHealth dot org dot uk
