Our client a nature conservation charity, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and successful Head of Resources to join the organisation; using your knowledge and experience in managing and developing business-critical services to support the Trust in delivering a Wilder Somerset.

Head of Resources
Salary: £39,000 per annum
Contract type: Permanent
Working hours: Full time
Location: Taunton, Somerset, TA1 and Remote working

The charity is looking for an outstanding candidate to lead the management and development of their business-critical services including premises, IT, Health & Safety, and people.

With strong project management experience, you will take a broad strategic approach to the whole organisation, establishing effective systems and frameworks, and ensuring all support services enable staff and volunteers to achieve their charitable objectives.

This is a critical role for the Trust, working closely with the CEO and Trustees and as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), to ensure the smooth and effective running of the charity and its subsidiaries.

This is a permanent full-time position, with hot-desking at the Taunton office and flexible home working.
