The Head of Communications and Marketing will build on a comprehensive College Communications and Marketing Strategy creating tailored marketing and communications materials for all audiences from student recruitment through to alumnae. Through a range of activities, the post holder will strengthen College communications with key constituencies and contacts and will promote major events to raise the profile of this College. The role also has responsibility for the College website and social media.

This role is a job share and 60% FTE preferably worked across Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and some evening and weekend events. The role has been expanded from a part-time role, and both Job Share Partners will work 60% FTE with an overlap day of Wednesday.

Previous experience of working in an educational environment and a relevant professional qualification is desirable, but far more important is the ability to take initiative and deliver results.
