Contract: Fixed term until 31st March 2023, with a possibility to extend
Salary: £24,000 - £25,500
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

They are passionate about creating a future where every neighbourhood is vibrant and green, every community is strong and able to shape its own destiny, and no one is held back by their background or circumstances.

As Green Doctor, you will be part of a team delivering energy efficiency home visits across London to those most in need. The visits are a mix of advice, installation of small practical energy-saving measures such as low energy light bulbs and draft proofing and referring to other health and wellbeing services. This charity’s aim is to reduce their client’s energy bills, improve their well-being and save them money while benefitting the environment.

Key requirements: Please contact them if you have:

  • Practical skills and a people-person with a passion for helping the vulnerable.
  • Thorough knowledge of energy efficiency to provide in-home tailored energy-saving advice.
  • Ability to adapt your approach to suit their client’s varying needs.
  • Qualifications such as a Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA), NVQ Level 3 (6049-03) Provide Energy Efficiency Services or City and Guilds Energy Awareness (6281-01) are essential, but relevant experience in the field will be considered.

You must be comfortable with lone working and effectively managing your own workload.

A full clean driving license is required or equivalent.
