Our client is seeking a Governance & Business Support Officer to ensure excellence in Trustee and Charity governance and business administration.

Governance & Business Support Officer
Salary: £11,428 - £13,142 per annum, pro rata (£20,000 - £23,000 FTE)
Contract: Permanent, part time
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible over 4-5 days - minimum of 3-4 days in office)
Based: Littlemore, Oxford and Homeworking

You will work closely with the Chief Executive’s Office to ensure there is joined up support to service the Board of Trustees and Directors, and across other areas of the business. This will include taking minutes at operational management meetings and dealing with public enquiries.

You will be an expert communicator and work well under pressure, are self-motivated and can manage upwards. As a frequent first-point of contact in this fast-paced, dynamic organisation, you will play a key role in leading and reflecting the highest quality of standards, professionalism, and confidentiality. You will enjoy structured working and have an ability to plan and manage your time effectively. A keen interest in nature conservation is welcomed.

Our client, a Charitable Trust, is a membership-based voluntary organisation, managing over 80 nature reserves, influencing land management and educating and encouraging all sectors of the community to care for local wildlife.
