Location: London Fields. They promote a hybrid, flexible way of working, staff can work remotely for part of the week if they wish and in the office or face to face for 2 days per week.
Status: Full Time, 35 hours – Permanent (Open to part-time applications)
Salary: £32,978 - Plus guaranteed pay increases every year up to third year anniversary, other benefits include 30 days holiday plus bank holiday (and an additional 3 days leave for Christmas org-wide shut down)

As Executive Assistant you will play a vital role supporting their busy Deputy Directors of Practice and Programmes. Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential. You will need to be passionate about what you do, enjoy working in a fast paced environment and be comfortable working both independently, and supporting other team members.

You will be providing effective coordination for the external and internal commitments of the Deputy Directors assuming a high level of autonomy for stakeholder liaison, managing external relationships and acting as the first point of contact. You will also take responsibility for supporting the progress of projects; inputting and or chasing as required.
