Position Title: Early Years Lead - Northern Ireland
Location: Northern Ireland: hybrid, flexible way of working and many staff work remotely for part of the week. Staff can choose to work in the office (BT15) or remotely as much as their role allows.
Contract: Part time: 21 hours, fixed term - 18 months
Salary: £45,030 per annum (pro-rated to £27,018 per annum), plus great benefits such as 30 days annual leave and 3 days company x-mas closure

For over 50 years this charity has been building a better childhood for all.

They have worked with and for the Public Health Agency (PHA) and other key stakeholders for over 10 years to improve outcomes for children young people and families. As part of their contract with PHA they have supported the development of the Infant mental health framework, the effective implementation of evidence-based programmes for children and families and the emerging policy and practice space for early years and family support.

This role is especially important now as we all emerge from Covid-19 and this charity informs the recovery plan for very young children and families. In particular this role requires leadership and delivery of key programmes of work in Northern Ireland, focusing on infant mental health, early intervention in the early years, and parenting from pre-birth, including work across all sectors, to ensure the best outcomes for young children and their families. To hold a specific expertise in the area of Infant mental health and evidence-based parenting support and to lead on the team’s work in this area in Northern Ireland.

Closing date: 11:59pm, Sunday 31st October 2021 although the role may close earlier depending on the volume of applications
