Salary: £23,927 (Band 2 with salary increments on yearly role anniversary for the next three years)
Location: Mentmore Terrace, London Fields. NCB promotes a hybrid, flexible way of working, staff can work remotely for part of the week if they wish and, in the office, or face to face for at least 2 days per week.
Other benefits include: 30 days holiday plus bank holidays (and an additional 3 days leave for Christmas org-wide shut down).

About the Role
The Digital and Technology team is a relatively new team that has already done much to transform NCB’s systems and processes and has ambitions to do a lot more to help NCB deliver on its mission.
This exciting role supports digital and technology across the organisation, working across a range of technologies and digital products. This role has a particular focus on providing user support, digital product administration, and data quality management, but will also be involved in a range of other work including solution design and project delivery.
The role will support a range of products, platforms and technologies, with Salesforce’s CRM database as the product that the role will focus on most. The role will suit someone with a passion for working both with technology and with people.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Providing user-friendly first line support and issue resolution
- Monitoring and maintaining our data quality, with a particular focus on data held in Salesforce
- Providing guidance and training on digital processes to staff.
