Do you love data as much as this Air Ambulance Charity loves their donors? Then they need your help…
Our client is looking for a Data and Systems Manager to help them understand and look after their supporters even better, and make them more efficient in how they work.
Data and Systems Manager
Reports to: Head of Finance and IT
Based from: Bristol, BS3
Hours of work: 21 to 35 hours per week, across 3 to 5 days
Duration: Permanent
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 FTE
Our client is dedicated to providing air ambulance and critical care services across Bristol, North Somerset, Bath & North East Somerset, Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire and parts of Wiltshire. From volunteers to Specialist Paramedics, from senior Consultants to retail and fundraising staff, they are a team, working to save lives that would otherwise be lost. They seek to continually develop and adapt their activities to meet the needs of local communities, whilst impacting nationally and influencing global pre-hospital care. The charity’s work is deeply satisfying and every member of the team is committed to this service, and to saving as many lives as they can.
The Data and Systems Manager will work within the Finance and IT Team to support the organisation in improving the data they hold about their supporters, activities and performance, and enhancing their use of it to support income generation. Your role will increase their efficiency through improving their systems and processes and enhancing their use of databases and other tools. You’ll be working collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to make best use of your skills, and to help them make best use of theirs.
This is a standalone post in their Finance and IT team so they are looking for someone who can work on their own initiative to make significant improvements in their use of data and systems - helping them take their fundraising to the next level.
They need someone who can turn the data in a CRM into insights that inform decisions, who can identify inefficiencies and put in place automation and tools to help, and who can make their systems work as smoothly and reliably as the turning of their helicopter’s blades.
