About the role
As a first point contact for this Business Centre, this role will provide a high quality and professional reception and administration service for all users and visitors to the centre.
The role will support the Commercial Property Manager to develop the business and support its ongoing improvement and sustainability. They will work as part of The Greenhouse team to provide administration support for the centre, tenants and meeting room customers. This role will provide reception cover, requiring a high level of face to face customer interaction, requiring experience in customer service and management.
A bit about you
They are looking for an experienced individual with great communication skills who can work effectively with external clients, partners, contractors and suppliers. You’ll thrive working in a busy and friendly environment and have excellent organisation skills. You will have the ability to plan and prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines and customer needs are met.
You will be self-motivated to work on your own initiative, whilst having the ability to work flexibly and proactively as part of a team. Experience of social media platforms, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram is essential as well as having knowledge of a variety of general office equipment,
