Our client, a Cambridge College, is excited to offer the opportunity to join their College Library and Archives Team in the new part time (60%) role of Assistant Librarian (Academic Skills and Project Support) reporting to the Forbes Mellon Librarian.

Hours: Part Time
Salary: FTE £27,000 - £29,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Based: Cambridge

The Role
This is a new position created to assist the Librarian and Deputy Librarian in the provision and development of services for the Forbes Mellon Library, including Academic Skills Support to students. The role also offers the opportunity to assist the Librarian with projects and services relating to rare books, early printed books and manuscripts in the Fellows’ Library.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for the post is between £27,000 - £29,000 p.a. (60% FTE £16,200 - £17,400) D.O.E. In addition, the College offers membership of a defined contributions pension scheme, membership of a medical cashback scheme, parking and lunch in college during working hours.
