Registered CQC Manager

Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered CQC Scheme Manager to join their Retirement Living scheme in Stoke-on-Trent.

  • Title: Registered CQC Manager
  • Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffs, ST2
  • Salary: £35,700 per annum
  • Hours: 39 hours per week

This dynamic role, with no two days the same, will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service which exceeds the expectations of their residents. You will ensure the support needs of residents are met, assist and monitor their general welfare, as well as promote their safety, independence and happiness.

The keys to success in this role are great people skills, with a passion and enthusiasm for delivering quality services to vulnerable people. As well as being a people person, you’ll also be business focussed with the ability to improve and enhance the service they offer to their customers.

The ability to lead your team to success is essential. You’ll have knowledge or previous experience of working with older people, an understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable people with care and support needs, and how those needs may be met in line with regulatory and contractual requirements.
