Receptionist / Registration Administrator

Established in 1997, our client is the independent statutory regulator of architects in the UK. This vacancy is in their small but busy office in London’s West End.

They are recruiting for a Receptionist/Registration Administrator.

Salary: c£26,000 per annum + excellent benefits

Location: Marylebone, London W1W

Reporting to the Registration Manager, you will be responsible for presenting and maintaining a professional and personable front-of-house service; from greeting visitors through to servicing meetings and dealing with enquiries from students, architects and members of the public. You will also provide administrative support to the Registration Team and assist in maintaining the Register of Architects to keep it up to date and accurate.

They are seeking a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in a public facing role, demonstrating an understanding and commitment to high standards of customer service is essential. You will be expected to liaise with colleagues in other departments as well as with other organisations to ensure good management of all processes and procedures. To succeed in this position, you will be self-motivated, showing common sense and initiative. Along with the ability to concentrate on routine, repetitive tasks, you will be a team player with a positive outlook. Good administrative and organisational skills are key requirements for this role.
