Our client is looking for a highly motivated, equally passionate person to join their team in Hampshire & Dorset and help them to make a real difference to young people.
ROLE: Project Manager (Youth)
SALARY: £22,441 - £26,401 per annum FTE (£11,070.89 - £13,024.49 per annum, actual)
HOURS: 18.5 hours per week
CONTRACT: Fixed term until March 31st 2019
AREA: Hampshire & Dorset
Our client is a charity committed to transforming people’s lives and places through social, economic and environmental action. In terms of development and delivery of these projects they work across three business themes, Parks & Open Spaces, Youth & Employment and Greener Living & Working.
As Project Manager you will manage the development, promotion and successful delivery and implementation of their Youth projects across the area.
The successful candidate will work strategically while delivering projects to budget as required to support the effective running of the service meeting the requirements of clients, funders and stakeholders as set out in the contracts. Ideally you will have knowledge and experience of delivering youth services through inception to completion and experience of working with public, private and voluntary sectors.
Experience of managing staff including a proven ability to build, motivate and lead high performing teams will be considered a significant benefit.
This role will be a Designated Safeguarding Officer and may be required to provide ‘on-call’ cover.
