Who are they?

Our client is one of the leading UK housing organisations providing support to help people to live independently. Founded in 1925 they deliver housing and support by providing 33,000 high quality affordable homes to over 70,000 customers across 55 local authority areas. They have a new corporate strategy and plan to take them to 2020 and beyond; they are ambitious and confident about their future.

Given the ambitious nature of this role, they require a target focused New Business development professional who enjoys working in a very fast-paced, challenging but ultimately rewarding organisation. You should ideally possess a relevant housing or construction qualification, related to the housing association sector, or have equivalent experience. Importantly they are looking for candidates who have proven business development abilities, knowledge of the housing sector and experience of working in a development or property related role. Our client is a people focused organisation meaning their ideal candidate will have strong inter-personal skills and the drive to support a “one team” approach within the Development Team.
